Souled Out Label (SOL) is an international, cross-cultural record label dedicated to signing and developing Chinese artists rooted in Gospel, Soul, Funk, and R&B.

The name holds two meanings-our commitment to music made with absolute soul, and in Spanish,

"Sol" means "sun," reflecting our belief that great music brings warmth, hope, and courage.

We champion authentic Chinese voices who deeply engage with African-American musical traditions, not to imitate, but to craft their own narratives-in both Chinese and English-with artistic integrity, technical mastery, and emotional depth. Our artists are classically trained, multi-instrumental, and possess strong songwriting abilities; they are music-makers who shape their own sound.

By bridging global musical languages with Chinese cultural sensibilities, SOL creates space for meaningful exchange, human connection, and music that resonates across borders.
